Welcome to HabitFlow. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using HabitFlow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

HabitFlow is a habit tracking application that allows users to create, manage, and track daily habits. The app includes AI-powered coaching features that analyze your habit data to provide personalized suggestions and encouragement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use HabitFlow. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the app.

4. Account Registration

To use HabitFlow, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the accuracy of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Keeping your account credentials secure

5. Free Trial and Subscription

HabitFlow offers the following:

• Free Trial: New users receive a 4-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required during the trial.
• Pro Subscription: After the trial, a Pro subscription at $6.00/month unlocks unlimited habits, full analytics, and forever history.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. AI Coaching Features

HabitFlow uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized habit coaching. By using the AI Coach feature:

• You consent to your anonymized habit data (names, streaks, completion rates) being processed by third-party AI providers
• AI suggestions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice
• You may opt out of AI features at any time

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of HabitFlow, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of HabitFlow and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of HabitFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings screen. Upon deletion:

• All your habit data, completion records, and personal information will be permanently removed
• Any active subscription will need to be canceled separately through your device's app store
• This action is irreversible

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

HabitFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HabitFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the application.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to HabitFlow at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
